The Nutricional and Education Center construction is complete!

The volunteer construction team of Patanatic completed the construction and installation of the wood doors, windows, glass, ceramic tile, electric wire, sheet rock, paint, plumbing, and istallation of steel doors.

 

The community is so thank full that with your support we were able to complete this project.  Now we are working with the Ministry of Health and Education for the authorization to run the school of nurse in 2013!

In this part of the Center families of Patanatic and surronding areas will have access to continues training in subjects such as: firts aid, disaster preparedness, nutrition, peace and conflict resolution, hand washing, firefigther, language classes (English, Quiche, Kackchiquel) and others.

 It is about paperwork and authorizations here and there… and more paperwork… We keep working persistently to have this process also complete.

Construction Up date

September 7th
The construction team has been working hard and long hours.

They complete to put the ceramic tile half way of the Nutritional and Education Center area.  They will continue this weekend with more volunteer from the community!  Great great job!




September 5th

 Patanatic Volunteer Construction Volunteer team continues making a lot improvements intalling the ceramic tile in the Center.
